Each two-story "Key West" style home in Bonefish Bay has over 2,600 sq. ft. of interior space, 500 sq. ft. of verandas, plus a 400 sq. ft. garage. Each will also include four bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, a two-car garage, swimming pool, and covered verandas.
The homes are very cozy and warm and are traditional in giving the authentic sense and simplicity of Key West. They have beautifully detailed, hand-framed 10' ceilings, 8' French doors and impact Andersen windows.
